Online Display, Email and Print Advertising

Orders for inside or outside cover packages for Magazines and Digital Editions are non-cancellable. Reserved cover positions for Magazines must be confirmed at least 30 days prior to the artwork receivable date. If an order is not received by such date, the cover option automatically lapses. Orders for all inside advertising units for Magazines and Digital Editions are non-cancellable less than 15 days prior to closing date. Orders for furnished inserts for Magazines are non-cancellable the first day of the fourth calendar month preceding the month imprinted on the cover of the issue.

Jobs In Books Advertising Terms and Conditions

- All adverts must be included both online and in print when a magazine is available. Special online only rates apply when there is a publishing break. 

- One role can be included per advert. 

- All online and print adverts must coincide with the publication of the advert in the magazine. 

- Job adverts will be uploaded live online within 24 hours unless a specific date is requested. If you would like to receive a screenshot of the advert before it goes live please do let me know, otherwise a live link will be sent to you. 

- Changes can be made to an online advert at any point however changes to the print panel advert cannot be made once we have gone to press on Wednesday afternoon. 

- The jobs pages go to press every Wednesday afternoon. For the print panel advert to be included in the magazine, we must receive approval by 12pm on Wednesday before going to press. If we do not receive approval the advert will be checked by our editorial team and will go to press. 

- If a cancellation needs to be made we must be notified by Tuesday, at 5pm. Any cancellations after this point will be charged. Please keep in mind that once we have gone to press on Wednesday afternoon adverts cannot be removed from print. 

- Job adverts must not contain discriminatory requests or statements. 

- We strongly encourage a salary bracket to be stated within the job advert, in particular for entry level roles.

By providing this information and signing the order form you will be consenting to the use of your data in order for us to provide you with the service you have booked.
